This Bronco sits in a cool spot. The mechanicals have been addressed and the body simply awaits your direction. Do you go full tilt with a restoration style repaint or do you leave it 'as-is' and use it as God intended? Heck, there is a lot of room in between the two as well!

On a quick glance this one presents pretty as a decent driver. Get closer and there are some of the typical issues with a 53 year old 4x4. There is some filler here and there as well as a wrinkle or two. Rust wise it is actually pretty solid. The front pans have been replaced with reproduction units. The rockers appear solid and original. Depending on your skill set this could be a straight forward project or you could even leave the paint as-is and enjoy a no-guilt driver. 

Inside this Bronco has some pretty cool features. The dash is a custom unit packed with cool custom gauges and powered toggles. A tilt steering column is a nice feature for getting in & out. The seats are Tom's and do show some wear. 

The engine is a 351 Windsor based stroker displacing 408 cubic inches. It wears Edelbrock Aluminum Cylinder Heads, Edelbrock RPM Air Gap Intake Manifold, Holley Dual Feed Carburetor, Long Tube Headers, Performance Ignition and big healthy hydraulic lifter camshaft. It fires up quickly and revs like trip hammer. Nobody will confuse this motor with a 302. It is reported as a fresh build but no receipts were provided.

The transmission is a 4 speed Toploader unit with a blow-proof bellhousing and a hydraulic clutch. This is a Mustang style transmission so it is fully synchronized for quick easy shifting. It has an Advanced Adapters conversion kit to adapt it to the Bronco Dana 20 transfer case which has a twin stick shifter set up.

The axles have been upgraded from the stock Dana 30 to a Dana 44 in the front. The rear 9" has 3.50 gearing. 

The wiring harness has been replaced with a unit from Painless so no old Bronco wiring to try and hook up your modern accessories. There are several rocker switches installed & ready to power your upgrades.  

Headlights, tail lights and signals work. The windshield wiper system works. The alternator is a 1-wire system for simplicity. 

The fuel tank has been upgraded to a 23 gallon unit and the auxiliary tank has been eliminated.

The power steering system is an all new quick ratio system from Tom's Broncos including the steering box, pump, hoses and belt. The steering is crisp & responsive.

The brakes are disc in the front with drum in the rear. The rear drums are all new and even the axle bearings & seals were replaced recently.
